1. About the service

BareNakedCleaner.com provides domestic cleaning for houses, flats and caravans in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. The service is offered by a male cleaner to male customers aged 18 or over. It is a professional cleaning service with a playful naked-cleaning concept; it is not an escort or sexual service.

2. Booking and confirmation

All bookings must be requested in advance. Same-day service is not guaranteed. An online enquiry or member booking request is not a confirmed appointment. A booking becomes confirmed only when the date, approximate start time, address, expected duration and price have been agreed in writing.

You must provide accurate contact, address and access information and disclose anything that could affect safe completion of the clean, including aggressive animals, hazardous substances, unsafe premises or vulnerable people who may be present.

3. Price and payment

The standard advertised price starts at £30 per hour unless a different price is agreed before the appointment. The first hour is the minimum booking and payment for that hour is due on arrival, before cleaning begins. Any additional agreed time is payable immediately when the appointment ends.

If the first-hour payment is not made on arrival, the cleaner may decline to start. Payment remains due for work already completed and for any other amount properly due under the confirmed booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

Please cancel or reschedule as early as reasonably possible. The cleaner may cancel or end an appointment where access is unavailable, the premises are unsafe, payment is not made, conduct breaches these terms, or illness or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent the service.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Where a legal cooling-off right applies to a booking made online or away from business premises, you may have 14 days to cancel. If you expressly ask for cleaning to begin during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied; once the requested service has been fully performed, cancellation rights may be affected as permitted by law.

5. Cleaning, nudity and PPE

The cleaner will ordinarily perform the agreed cleaning fully naked. Suitable personal protective equipment or clothing may be worn whenever reasonably required—for example gloves, footwear, an apron or a mask when using harsh chemicals or dealing with a safety risk. PPE does not reduce or change the agreed service.

The booking covers normal domestic cleaning such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors and everyday surfaces. Specialist, hazardous, biohazard, heavy-lifting, high-level or pest-related work is excluded unless expressly agreed.

6. Strictly platonic conduct

Nudity is part of the cleaning concept and is not an invitation to sexual activity. Customers must behave respectfully and follow stated boundaries. Sexual demands, exposure by the customer without agreement, intimidation, recording without permission, persistent propositions or any non-consensual contact may cause the appointment to end immediately.

7. Optional physical contact and explicit consent

Limited physical contact, including a brief grope, may occasionally be permitted at the cleaner’s sole discretion. It is never included in the cleaning fee, never guaranteed and does not turn the appointment into a sexual service.

Before any such contact, the person initiating it must ask clearly and receive an explicit, specific verbal “yes” immediately beforehand. Consent to one touch does not permit another touch, a different body area or future contact. Silence, nudity, flirtation, a previous occasion or failure to resist is not consent.

Either person may refuse without explanation or withdraw consent at any moment, including during contact. Contact must stop immediately when consent is withdrawn or there is any uncertainty. Consent is not valid where a person lacks freedom or capacity to choose, including because they are asleep, unconscious, heavily intoxicated, pressured, frightened or otherwise unable to understand or communicate the choice. No physical contact is permitted with or in the presence of anyone under 18.

The cleaner may set additional boundaries, refuse all contact or end the appointment at any time. Any unwanted touching is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported.

8. Safety and property

You must provide a reasonably safe working environment, disclose known hazards and secure valuables, fragile items and confidential material. Cleaning products will be used according to their instructions where reasonably practicable. Please identify sensitive surfaces or product restrictions before work begins.

9. Ending an appointment

Either person may ask for the appointment to stop. The cleaner may leave immediately if he feels unsafe or if boundaries are breached. Where an appointment ends early, payment remains due for time actually worked and any minimum or other amount that is fair and lawfully due, taking account of the circumstances and statutory rights.

10. Responsibility and complaints

The service will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Please raise any concern as soon as possible so there is a fair opportunity to resolve it.

11. Personal information

Contact, booking and enquiry information will be used to administer the service, communicate about appointments, maintain necessary records and protect legitimate safety and legal interests. Do not submit highly sensitive information that is not required for the booking.

12. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated for future bookings. The version accepted when a booking is confirmed will apply to that booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Important: These terms are intended to set practical service boundaries and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor. The business owner should obtain legal review before relying on them as final contractual terms.
